Villa in Primošten

Villa is situated in Primošten, region Dalmatia. Villa is located within peacefull and quiet surrounding, on the edge of the town.

Distance from the sea is 800m. From marine Kremik 3km and from Split airport Resnik 39km.

Villa is built on the 1.024 m2 plot size . Total living area is 172m2 with two floors. Each room has a beautifull view of the swimming pool and the Adriatic sea.

The swimming pool water is heated enabling a pool usage during the whole year. The outside jacuzzi is located above the swimming pool.

Choosing the plants for the garden we were carefull to create the Mediterranean type garden.
